Muscadine grapes are America’s native grapes. Research shows that muscadine grapes are a powerhouse of antioxidants and have anti-inflammatory benefits. There are over fifty varieties grown ranging in black to deep red and bronze. Their unusual names include the Scuppernong or the Southern Fox Grape. Muscadines are not only eaten fresh, but also are used in making wine, juice, and jelly.

The camu camu fruit is ultra rich in Vitamin C, containing up to sixty times more than an orange or most citrus. Resembling the American cherry, the camu camu berry is an excellent source of calcium, potassium, iron and phosphorus. If that’s not enough to label the camu camu as a super fruit, it also is antioxidant rich with anthocyanins, amino acids and flavonoids and has been used by the Amazonian Indians for medicinal purposes for over 700 years.
