Use Shiatsu to Fight Hunger
Written by Elements

Shiatsu is an ancient discipline that uses points in the body to help reduce anxiety by applying pressure to them. By using the 6,000 year old technique, you can redirect energy in your body to reduce hunger. It is especially helpful for compulsive eaters. Where are the hunger-suppressing points? On your legs and your ankles!

Legs: Apply pressure to the hollow area between your shin and your calve, directly below your knees.

Ankles: Apply pressure one hand length above the inside ankle bone.

While both are said to reduce hunger individually, we recommend applying pressure to each at the same time when you start craving that midnight snack again.
