No one knows this better than those who are in the constant spotlight whether on the red carpet or on the beach. After perusing through the pages of our favorite Hollywood magazines, the editors of elementsLiving magazine decided to zero in on those we admire for their dedication to a healthy lifestyle.

Kim Kardashian: Exotic beauty. Chronically confident.

We love Kim Kardashian’s constant self assuredness even as the media glares deeply into her most personal attributes. Stunning with and without Photoshop, Kim stays amazing with the help of regular workouts and a macrobiotic diet which includes, veggie burgers, quinoa, tofu and soy cheese. The diet is low in fat, high in fiber and mostly vegan.

 

 

 

 

Dwayne Johnson: The Rock

 

Former WWF star turned actor, and described by Men’s Health as a “6'4'', bronze-skinned, redwood-muscled monolith,” Johnson has an Adonis physique that reflects his lifelong commitment to fitness. Johnson’s staples include protein shakes, lean & healthy foods such as beef, chicken & vegetables, supplements, multivitamins and a moderate amount of carbs.

 

 

 

 

Jane Fonda: 72. Really?

 

Academy award winning actress, former fashion model, fitness instructor of the 80’s and activist; Fonda is dedicated to healthy diet and regular moderate exercise as the keys to her longevity. Beyond staying fit, her formula has also slowed the clock keeping her youthful and vibrant. We could have shared images of leg warmers from decades ago, but we selected this recent red carpet image of 2010 instead. Fonda graces the golden years unlike any before her.

 

 

Brooke Hogan: The Beach Blonde Beauty

 

Daughter  of Hulk Hogan and reality star of her own show on VH-1, Brooke certainly does know best when it comes to diet and fitness. Brooke enjoys a super healthy, clean, mostly organic diet that’s rich in fruits, lean proteins and nuts with minimal carbs. She has been known to work out five to six days each week including 30 minutes of cardio and an hour of weightlifting.
