Meet your deltoids, a.k.a. your shoulders. When you develop shoulder muscles you actually makes your waist look smaller – “Now you’re listening!” says Ella.
As a trainer, Ella’s goal is to help her clients create beautiful, tight-looking shoulders that look great from all angles and appear slightly round at the outer portion. This slight enhancement actually makes your waist look smaller and your body look more in balance.

Sexy Back + Abs Workout by Celebrity Trainer Ella Storm
This specialty workout only takes 10 minutes to complete and will focus on each area of the shoulder (deltoid) in order to give your shoulders a sexy and tight-looking appearance. Always hold your abs tight when using free weights.
- Take a 10 lb. Dumbbell in one arm and raise it in front of you up to shoulder level.
- While keeping the height of the dumbbell steady, move your arm first across your body towards your opposite shoulder. You should feel the very front of your delt flex slightly.
- Keeping your elbow straight, move your arm outward towards your side. You should feel the tension in your shoulder shifting. While you’re doing this, you can also rotate your palm and wrist from a thumbs-up to a thumbs-down position.
- Complete 3 sets of 12, twice a week.
Deltoids respond well to light and moderate sets and repetition, providing proper form is maintained, so remember to follow Ella’s set / time / repetition instructions as they are critical to your progress!
